William (Bill) Wingate has been involved in the process plant industries for more than 35 years. Bill graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Chemical Engineering; and began his career as a production support engineer for Dow Chemical in Louisiana. Over the ensuing years, he worked in process and project engineering, project management and technical discipline management. During the past twenty five years, Bill’s focus has been in business development throughout the USA, Western Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. His current position is Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for SNC-Lavalin Engineers & Constructors in Houston.
