“Floating Production Systems: The Drivers That Drive Us”

Eric Namtvedt will present which are the ‘the drivers that drive us’ to arrive at optimum designs for Floating Production Systems (FPS); recognizing that what eventually becomes the FPS (…being round, square, semi, spar, tlp or what-ever) is a function of providing cost-effective, installable and operationally safe ‘real-estate’ for the multiple loads, weights and space requirements (the drivers) present for a given location and functional requirement.
