Paul Allen, PMP, is CEO/Project Director of Project Executive Group. He advises on project risk management, technical risk assessment and troubled project turnaround needs. His specialty areas for technical project services include automated facilities and offshore deepwater capital projects.

Paul has over 30 years experience in project development, project management and finance. He was Group Director/Project Director of the Ports, Harbors & Terminals Group at Fluor. He earned a B.S. in marine engineering and transportation from the US Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, and an MBA from Rice University. As adjunct professor at Rice he taught project-related courses at the MBA and executive education level, and delivers various advanced project-related and decision management training courses for Clients. He is a co-founder of the Forum.
